This company is amazing! I dealt with so many sub-contractors while building our new house, and JD Paint Pros was easily the best. Their pricing was very competitive, and their work was fantastic. Everyone we worked with from their place was personable, and helpful. Things happen when finishing a house, and they were always willing to work with us to problem solve. New to the area and located this company for interior painting. Very professional operation, as well as, efficient. First the manager came to house and painted sample swatches on wall so shades were noticeable which helped with color selection. Eric and Joel, the actual painters , performed their jobs with care. They were very helpful in replacing hanging items after the job was done. Pleasant personalities also! Try this group if you are looking for painters! You will not be disappointed!

I reached out to JD Paint Pros based on FB ads I saw. I researched the company and discovered they had good reviews. I was in need of the painting of 4 bedrooms, a small upstairs hallway, the stairs and a downstairs hallway. I needed the job to be completed quickly.Carlos reached out fast and was able to come for an estimate right away. I also had him price removing popcorn from ceilings and finish some trim painting in my kitchen.The estimate for the painting was high, but I didn't have time to shop around. The add on of the trim was also very high, but I was desperate. I asked to negotiate the price and he said no due to the generous wages and benefits they give to their staff. They did give me a 15% military discount which I appreciated. I did not have them do the popcorn removal.I had to wait about 1 1/2 weeks to get on their calendar which just told me they were in demand. The team began the project on a Thursday, and I wrongly assumed they had planned on one long day since no one told me how long the project would take. I was wrong. When I asked that first day, I was told 3-4 days. This caused me to need to make some changes in plans. I should have talked about a timeline earlier.At the end of day 2, we were told the team needed 4 more hours, which meant Saturday work. This was not a problem. We were prepared for the team to arrive between 8-8:30am as they had the previous 2 days. But they did not arrive until 10:30. And it was obvious that it was not the same size or quality team from the previous days. They did not complete working that day until after 4pm.The quality of the work was very good. Everything was taped well and they put down paper or plastic to protect our floors. The did not cover the banister to our stairs and I had to scrub small paint splatter from the wood. The men were professional and friendly. I was pleased with the work and I only had to do a few minor touch ups that weren't even worth mentioning to Carlos.I would definitely recommend them. However, if you work with this company, ensure that you are on top of the communication with them. Ask the questions. And if you have time, I recommend getting more estimates to try to save money.

I compared quotes from 3 companies and chose JD Paint pros for their good reviews, high quality paint used and price. Carlos was great to work with as a point person. He was very responsive and timely. When the painter accidentally painted my neighbor’s side of the fence, Carlos took responsibility immediately and resolved the issue with my neighbor. The painting team was also excellent. They were very respectful and worked hard. They had to work around a lot of anticipated thunderstorms and luckily the rain never caused dripping. I am very happy with the whole house external paint job including fascia, shutters siding, and my whole back fence. They also power washed my driveway and painted the peeling front railing as well. All of the work was excellent! Highly recommend!
