Ryan is a super agent. He was the best choice for our first home. I didn't even talk to my go to family agent after I met him. He does not just show up and read off the listing. He comes prepared with research and can provide comps soon after so you know what the house is actually worth. He works hard, drives long distances for you, makes times for your inspections, knows the market very well, and makes sure you are buying something priced right with real potential. Ours wasn't an assumable mortgage, but he is an expert on assumable listings. He has a sharp eye for problems that would have cost us later. Working with him was a real education.
