I recently had the pleasure of working with Charter Electric, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Following a power surge from the grid that caused an outage at my home, Charter Electric was the fastest to respond compared to other local companies in Tampa. Kevin, the electrician, quickly and safely diagnosed the issue, which included a burned out home surge protector. He also provided recommendations for upgrading our current electrical circuit box. His expertise was evident, and he handled everything quickly while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.Additionally, Scott, the owner, was exceptional in explaining the services provided and was completely transparent about the pricing. His responsiveness and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress free. Charter Electric delivered prompt, knowledgeable service at a fair and reasonable price, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Had charter electric install some lights and outlets in a garage along with a 220V circuit for an EV charger. Kevin was super professional and helpful and walked me through all his steps - in particular why he was putting in GFCI outlets in some areas. Highly recommend and charter has earned my future business for sure.

We had an amazing experience with Kevin from Charter Electric! He was super professional and clearly knew what he was doing. Kevin helped us install a flood light Ring camera, and even though we didn’t have a power source, he quickly created one for us. Additionally, he installed three pendant lights over our kitchen counter with a dim switch, and they look absolutely amazing. He also installed a fan in our living room, which works perfectly. Kevin will be our go-to electrician from now on. If you need any professional electrical work done at your home, Charter Electric is the company to go to, and be sure to ask for Kevin.
