John has an excuse for everything. Multiple delays extended the repair to almost 3 months. They even DAMAGED MY CAR by frying the ECM (2023 vehicle). Had to fight for them to take it to a dealership to fix what they broke! Had to insist they cover my renal after the damage they caused. Found dings and scratches my first attempt picking up. This was an absolute nightmare every step of the way. I hate writing negative reviews but this was beyond ridiculous. Less
