I and my fiancée had one of the worst experience ring hunting in canal walk, during its wedding show in Feb 2018. People were not friendly, any questions asked was treated as we insulting them to their core and being our first engagement ring we didn’t know all there was to know about diamonds and all it entails. We really almost lost hope of finding the ideal ring we felt lower than dirt from the way we were treated.But she kept ring hunting and came across GrandDaimond, talk about a diamond in the rough. We met Leandro on a Saturday thinking it’s their normal hour but they open up just for US, Not only where they friendly they were more than pleased to explain every aspect of a diamond and showed us examples of each and the best news of all they have their own designers and we had a custom ring made!!!! My fiancée is one in a trillion and they made me a ring to show just how special she is to me in every way. The staff was amazing from send emails to keep me updated on all stages of the ring development.
