We went to a wedding at this venue and while the venue looked nice, the owner of the venue was very rude. He made comments to us that were off color and crass. He also did not dress very nice for wandering around the wedding reception. The venue itself is very pretty.

Our wedding at the Historic Peter Allen House was absolutely perfect truly a dream come true. The property is immaculate, blending timeless charm with the natural beauty of the landscape in every direction. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely cared for, warm, and welcomed like part of their family. Every detail was handled with such grace and professionalism that the entire day flowed effortlessly. The setting, the service, and the atmosphere were nothing short of magical. If I could give it 100 stars, I would.

AMAZING! It was sooo beautiful for our prom pictures and the house had a unique historic background. It was very well decorated for its time and there was somewhere for everyone to take their pictures. Christine was so kind and accommodating and just let us roam the property. I would highly recommend this venue for your next event or photoshoot!

What a beautiful property! Christine was absolutely amazing with her knowledge of the history of the property. I want to thank her for her time to open it up for my daughter’s senior prom pictures this past weekend. We will most definitely be sharing this venue to all of our friends for their future events!

My friends and I stopped by this weekend to do our senior prom pictures. Christine was there to open the house for us and tell us some things about it! She was amazing. She was super sweet and very easy to learn from! We had such a great time there and got some amazing pictures with the gorgeous landscape. There is so many spots to capture the perfect picture and a place for everybody’s personality. The house is filled with history and traditional art!

Had my wedding there in August and they were one of my wedding highlights. I went to them with a very short time and no plan but they guided me through the whole thing. Frank and Barbara truly treated us like family, they were looking after us, and were very flexible. Allowed us to change things around, use their facilities, and barrow any decoration pieces we needed. Truly made this less stressful for us and were willing to help out in every way they can. I wish I can mention all of the amazing moments we had with them, I honestly can't thank them enough we left this venue feeling so loved.

I'm handicapped and the owner actually came up to me and told me that I could get ahold of him and he would give me a ride to wherever I needed to on property. The property is beautiful.
