Our family became MELC parents at the beginning of the pandemic. As first time parents, we were anxious about daycare but also our child’s health during the COVID years. MELC went above and beyond taking care of these kids, they also created a support community base during this time.The management and staff are lovely. It’s truly a collaborative environment between teachers and parents. I never had issues providing feedback when needed.MELC has been a great fit for us.

I have toured several childcare facilities and nothing compared to Mini Einsteins. The staff here takes so much pride in making the classrooms engaging and unique. The food they serve is healthy and creative (not just chicken nuggets like most). The staff truly care about the experience. They do special days of fun activities for the kids, my favorite is the holiday show. My favorite part of Mini Einsteins is the live feed cameras that allow me to check in on my daughter throughout the day. I have noticed a substantial improvement in my daughter’s vocabulary since joining. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We are grateful to have found this daycare, as it was our daughter’s first childcare experience. She began attending at 18 months of age, and several aspects of this daycare distinguished it from others we toured in the Lynnwood/Edmonds area.Most notably, the teachers and administrative staff are attentive and receptive to parent concerns. As this was our daughter’s first time in a daycare setting, we were understandably concerned about her transition. The teachers and administrative team provided thoughtful support throughout this process, helping her gradually adjust to the classroom environment and daily schedule.Another standout feature is the 24/7 camera access to the classrooms, which reflects a high level of transparency and confidence in the care provided. The daycare also offers a well-planned, nutritious menu that is updated monthly.In addition, the facility includes multiple playgrounds, a field, and indoor gym spaces that allow for a wide range of activities. During the summer, the daycare also offered several enrichment classes at no additional cost, which we greatly appreciated.Our daughter is thriving in this environment, and we highly recommend this daycare to other families seeking a nurturing, transparent, and engaging childcare experience. Another important callout is that mini Einstein’s is a daycare that cares about DEI and everyone is treated equally and respectfully, which was very important to us.

Our son had a wonderful time at MELC. The teachers are caring, patient, and genuinely attentive to each child. We really appreciate how open they are to parent feedback—whenever something came up, communication was smooth and issues were thoughtfully worked through together. We can feel they tried best to provide a caring environment for every kid. Another big highlights for us, especially as new parents, is the live streaming. Being able to check in and see how our child plays and spends his day gave us a lot of reassurance and peace of mind. Overall, MELC feels like a very supportive and trustworthy environment, and we have recommended to several families in our community and would happily recommend it to other families here as well!

We are so thankful we found this daycare / preschool for our son. He has been thriving here and has made great friendships. We are grateful that MELC has been so great with our son’s multiple food allergies - making sure he stays safe and has nutritious meals to eat and never feels left out. We are thankful for ALL the staff (especially Teacher Sylvia and Haley) who have been instrumental in his growth - intellectually, socially and emotionally. We love the programs and events at MELC and would highly recommend this center to others.

Great communication from staff.Teachers are patient and loving with the kids. Extracurricular activities offered through various seasons include things like dance, martial arts, gardening, etc. Parents' input are always considered in decisions and they send a survey.More importantly, kids are placed in classes based on age 6 months apart and report cards are provided so that everyone is on the same page about learning and development. This is a quality early education center.There's a large indoor gym, large outdoor field, and an outdoor playground.The building has a secure entry and they know who comes in based off an individual code. Signing in and out is easy using an phone app.Daily progress notes are sent to parents on an app as the day progresses, so you know immediately what your kid is doing and what care has been provided. This has allowed me reassurance and peace of mind when I'm at work.

MELC has been amazing for my son. My son just turned two and started at MELC shortly after his 2nd birthday. He had never been in a school setting before (he had a nanny for care prior to MELC). The transition for him was challenging for the first two weeks but now he is thriving. The care provided by all teachers and staff has been exceptional. He is truly enjoying his time at MELC and we could not be happier!

The individual care/attention your child receives and the available parent resources really set MELC apart from the other centers we researched.First of all, this is the only childcare center we found in North Seattle/Seattle that has LIVE PARENT CAMERAS which shows their transparency and the confidence they have in their program/staff. Being able to see your baby when you miss them is so reassuring as a new parent!Our child has been attending this center since an infant and now toddler, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with the professional staff, teachers, and facilities!

Our daughter has been enrolled at MELC since she was three years old, and at almost nine still attends their day camp in the summer. Thinking back on that first day six years ago and all the time we have spent with them since, it makes me realize how fortunate we've been to have found a daycare that truly feels like a family. Leaving your child in the trust and hands of other people is no small matter for any parent, and MELC has exceeded and continues to exceed our expectations at every turn. We are incredibly grateful to Samantha and the rest of the MELC team. I have an infant and toddler who attended this center. Hands down the most trusting center I have found in this area. My infant had specialty feeding equipment due to his cleft lip and palate. I was so impressed with his teachers. Prior to his first day of attendance I was able to bring him in and let them observe a typical feeding session with his ng tube as well as watch them perform the feedings before his first day. They even did research on his condition and how to feed him properly before his first day. They went above an beyond what I expected and have never felt more secure with my decision to leave my baby with someone. They even have cameras in every room so one could pop in to settle those nerves of leaving a baby with someone. As the couple months went by, my baby developed and grew in their care with no issues. All the teachers and staff in the infant room are so kind, understanding, and loving to the babies.My toddler simply adores his teacher and talks about the friends he has made everyday. Anytime we get into the car he asks if we are going to daycare, and if I say yes he is overjoyed. He is learning important social skills. My most favorite thing about this center is that they have a behavioral therapist on staff to aid the lead teachers during any issues the children may have such as biting, or tantrums. This gives the child 1 on 1 support to work through their emotions. Seriously the best you could ask for from a center. 10/10 highly recommend !

As a first time mom I was nervous about starting my baby in daycare. However, those nerves quickly vanished after the first week. They have an app where you can track everything from feedings, diaper changes to activities, and a camera that live streams the classroom your child is in for you to watch remotely. That has really helped, but by far the very best thing about this place is the staff. All the teachers are kind, loving, caring and very involved in the education of the children. I didn't know there was so much you could do to play and teach an infant, I have seem my baby blossom while she is there and the best part is she LOVES being there. As soon as she arrives she lets out a huge smile. I HIGHLY recommend Mini Einstein's Learning Center.

My son attended MELC for over a year until we recently relocated. I couldn't be happier with this daycare. The staff are all professional and nice. I love how they have a large field and playground for the children and I love the uniqueness of an indoor gym for those cold and rainy seasons. Being able to watch my son from a distance through the classroom cameras was wonderful. I also appreciated the live daily updates the teachers provided through the Bright Wheel app. MELC has set the bar high and it's been a challenge finding a new daycare that provides what MELC provided for my family and I. I would highly recommend this daycare.

Great daycare! Highly recommend.What I like:- there is a big blow up bouncy house every Friday either in the indoor gym or outside if the weather is nice. My child always looks forward to this!- expansive, nice, and clean outdoor field with artificial grass for the kiddos to play when weather permits- spacious indoor gym for when the weather isn't nice.- 2 playground areas outside- they often serve fresh fruits and not canned fruits.- available camera and phone app for me to check on my child- the phone app allows for easy communication with the teachers and tracking child's meals and diaper change- the teachers send videos or pictures or both through the app everyday. This lights up my heart everytime and my husband and I would talk about it :)- most of the teachers are very warm and welcoming. From my perspective l, usually the more senior teachers are nicer and more loving towards the children.- both staff and admin are dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and loving place for the children. I see it displayed everyday!What I wish could be improved:- high teacher turnover. My child would look forward to daycare more if he knows he's coming to a familiar face everyday. But I understand the turnover challenge.

This daycare is the best! My son has been going here since he was 4 months old and now he is almost 2. He absolutely loves showing up and they take wonderful care of him. He eats great well-rounded meals, goes to the gym in the morning, and goes outside every afternoon if the weather is good. The teachers are incredible nice and always think of fun and intellectual activities for them to do. For Christmas they have a great pageant, on Friday's they have a bounce house, they make gifts for parents on holidays, etc. In general, I would highly recommend this daycare!

Love this school. Very close to my work and popular land marks. The staff and teachers are all very welcoming and nice. Communication is very important to me, especially as a working mom to a toddler. The school is cameras, you need a pin to access the facility, and an app that shows your child's daily tasks, what they eat, lessons planned, notes, messaging between yourself and the school, etc. I highly recommend this school to anyone and everyone.

My sons attended MELC for almost 4 years. The large spaces, warm teachers and curriculum were a perfect fit. They just started kindergarten and were extremely prepared socially and academically. I was so pleased to hear the feedback from their teachers regarding their level of preparedness! We also made lifelong friends during our time there. I recommend this school.

They have a lot of space for the kids to get their energy out everyday. They have a great PE Teacher and gym, and that's definitely not something every daycare has. I love that they offer Happy Feet Soccer too! Cameras in the classrooms so family can check in on their little ones during the day. The owners, being parents themselves, makes them especially considerate. For example, they have a car seat station for storage in case a different parent picks up than drops off. The children pray before meals and can continue to learn great Christian values here.
