Jose from JR Junk Services really helped us out of a tough spot. We had been gifted a 32ft 5th wheel to renovate and use. We were excited to get to work. However, once we dug in, we found that the whole trailer was rotted-too far to renovate. Dream buster. We started calling around to find someone to help us remove & properly dispose the trailer. After multiple quotes that turned out to be shady (one price on first call, price doubled-near 6k, at 2nd call, third call denying having quoted at all). No one able to give us a detailed list of services, etc. Last chance, we found JR Services. I really wish we had called Jose first. We got one price. He provided a detailed list of what services his fee included. No surprises, no games. He showed up with his crew and had the trailer towed away in a 30 minutes, after making sure the trailer was safe to tow. We were given a detailed receipt and I felt Jose had dealt honestly with us-so refreshing! If you need this kind of help too, I would call Jose at JR Junk Services.

We had just moved in to our new home in Portland and had damaged goods, broken glass, furniture that didn't fit, styrofoam, and boxes. Great company! They actually were able to remove a bunch of debris from our yard here in Northeast Vancouver last minute despite some poor communication (from US, not them!) and a really tough job. They also did it very quickly and went the extra mile cleaning up after themselves.I wish I'd taken photos so people could see what a great job they did, but it was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Jose and team helped us clear out our junk! We are moving into to a much smaller apartment and had so much junk it was overwhelming, in addition to a washer and dryer that had to go. Jose was on time, very budget friendly (because moving is already ridiculously expensive), incredibly friendly and efficient and it couldn't have gone better. I would absolutely recommend their services, 10/10.
