They broke down the heavy set structure in under an hour, swept up every bit of loose debris, and loaded the truck without a single tire rut in the lawn. The backyard had been cluttered for months by a heavy wooden playset built from thick pressure-treated beams. After filling out the quote form on their website, Rasheem called back promptly to discuss the specs and iron out the logistics. They arrived sharp. A few years ago, I hired a local crew to haul away old patio furniture, and they ended up gouging my siding and leaving scattered trash behind. Getting rid of my kids' dilapidated wooden playset carried a lot of nostalgia, so I was somewhat hesitant this time around, but Rasheem treated the property with total respect. He arrived right when promised, systematically dismantled the weathered structure, and loaded away every single rusted bolt and splintered timber without dragging anything across the lawn—something I was genuinely worried about given how soft the grass was from recent rain. Seeing that corner of the yard open for the first time in fifteen years was a little bittersweet, but having the quiet green space back feels overdue. The heavy tear-down was handled with a level of care and thoughtful professionalism that made letting go of those old backyard memories surprisingly easy. This local company is great for any of your junk removal needs!! 12/10!!!!

I honestly wasn't sure how anyone was going to maneuver that heavy, rusted iron bed frame up my narrow basement stairs without gouging the drywall. They hoisted it right out, the dull scrape of metal against concrete being the only sound. Smooth from start to finish. 11/10 definitely will use them again in the future!!!!
