If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use this company. The tech came to my house and took 15 minutes to clean 3 bedrooms, a hallway and a set of stairs with the landing. No way my carowt was clean. I contacted them and thry told me it shoukd take between and hour and an hour and a half. They offered to come back at no charge. Well, they sent the same tech and this time he cleaned for 14 minutes. Its all vaight on my "Ring" camera. I reached to ask for a refund and they stopped responding. Tgeir customer service is awful, and my carpet doesn't look like its been cleaned at all. Do not use this company. Save your money!

Jeff Hurley left carpet dirtier than before he began and refused to make it right. If I was looking to get my carpet cleaned I would hire another provider. I ended up hiring another cleaner to redo his terrible job.Rebuttal to his lying reply: see comments from my text to jeff on the day he was to return to redo.Also note that the stain or area was not present before you cleaned but after. You stated you would b here today to redo, but I had to call you to see if you were coming. For you to tell me about your wife is in hospital due to seizures and your truck in the shop. 33 yrs a crook. His business and ethics are abominable.

Jeff was on time and did an excellent job on my two rooms of carpet. He was able to remove a spill that I had tried several different things to remove. I will definitely use his services again.

Jeff was amazing! Starting with being on time, Jeff also showed me what he’d be doing and educated me on how to keep my carpets clean. He was in and out within an hour at great price. I’d recommend him every time and will be using his services in the future.

Service technician (Jeff)stated from the beginning he has been cleaning carpets for over 20 years. He looked over the carpets and advised he would be able to get all pet stains out. Juice stains(red) in color, he would try his best, but no promises. I was okay with that, because I know they are hard to get out. He stated he used the best stain removal chemicals. His family came up with different ways to clean the carpets to make sure stains are out. He told me the carpet was in really good shape, just needed a really good cleaning, which he can do. He said if the stains he saw were cat urine he would get them out, also cut my HVAC on so that the odor can rise up out the carpet and would be gone within 24 hours. Did not happen. I moved in 48 hours later and the odor was still there, stronger than before. I reach out to Jeff( the technician) and advised of the stains that was still there and the odor. He tells me to send pictures, I do. And he makes excuses. Then offers to color the carpets for an additional $1500! Really. I went to Food Lion and rented one of their machines, went to Dollar Tree, to purchase some Awesome alone with Dawn dish soap. I also purchased some Fabuloso, for the scent. Not only did I get the stains out Jeff said would not come out, I also neutralizes the smell! I definitely would NOT recommend this company, no matter how attractive their specials seem.Find another company!

Awesome customer service. Joe was very personable and down to earth. He shampooed the carpet in my apartment and it turned out great. The price cannot be beat.
