I couldn't have had a worst experience if I tried. Caliber Collision couldn't get me in for months so I went online and found BHR. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. Just don't...Dustin did a home inspection in April 2025. Promised my car would be fixed and done within a week. 😆 🤣 NOT, didn't get my car back until July. They missed a cracked door handle and put cheap rain guards on my car that never needed to be replaced. It took multiple calls and texts to get that addressed because they NEVER answer calls. Here I am, a month after I finally got an appointment with Jimmy...he Promised to order my parts and I STILL haven't heard from him. I call/text and get a generic "sorry we missed your call, how can we help". Totally unacceptable. Don't use these clowns unless you like wasting your time and money.

Very personable and dependable. Definitely answered the first time I called them, and wanted to give me an estimate the same day I called. I 100% recommend.

This place is horrible! They don’t answer phone calls and they take apart your car before the insurance has even approved the estimate! They also say in order to get your car back you have to pay a fee!
