From the moment we inquired about having our roof replaced and the guy came out to see us we knew we were going to choose this company over and above the other roofing companies we had come out prior. Professional, courteous, not pushy… just spoke to us like he’s known us awhile and wanted to treat us right… and we feel like we were treated right 100%. They work fast and clean up after themselves. The crew they had come out to replace our gutters was just as good. Due to our lack of funds we had to reuse our existing gutters and they made them look like new, I swear! Highly recommend these guys for your roof replacement.

I cannot rave about this company enough!I'd give 10 stars if I could.I had roof damage and was overwhelmed to say the least. Vernon came out and was so knowledgeable and helpful. He made the whole process go so smoothly. I was shocked at how nice and helpful everyone was as well as how quickly they worked. We had Nick Help us out with the insuraunce claim and process. Super honest and helpful through the whole thing. The roof also looked Absolutley amazing.

Zach was easy to work with and checked in throughout our insurance process following a hail storm. He made himself available to be onsite when the insurance adjuster came to look at our roof. Zach was also easy to reach when we had questions. We had a leak in our roof and he was able to get us on the schedule quickly. Also we wanted to change the roof vent selection and he said no problem. Zach also took pictures of an issue we had and explained it was installed incorrectly. They fixed it. Following the roof replacement he and the crew made sure nails and trash was picked up at our home.

I just had a new roof installed by The Shoemaker Snoddy Roofing led by Zachary Thomason. He and his crew did a wonderful job and the job was completed in a days time. Zach kept me up to date on the progress and was very professional and kind. He was very good explaining to me the whole process and what was being done to where I understand what he was saying. I am so pleased with my roof and with the excellent , helpful and personable service I received from Justin Romine.He was kind, honest and professional and made the entire process less daunting from start to finish , great communication throughout. I can tell he really cares about the customer, he was my Mom’s contractor as well, she was so impressed with him and the company she sent them my way and I am so thankful she did! He works hard and does his best for his customers . My roof looks great and my yard was spotless afterwards , I couldn’t be happier!!
