Where do I start? Joined the army and need motivation to do better. Living stone was right there with all the support. Manny? MANNY!! What an inspirational individual with an even more inspiring backstory that brought him to this same place to do better! He grew me into the athlete and future body builder I am. I don’t know where I would be if Manny wasn’t in my corner. Made me a dog mom, a new found gym lover, and dedicated individual hungry to do more and be more. I wish him luck on his future endeavors wherever they take him cause I’m his #2 support ( second to his family)! This is where the magic happens. He will grind you into the person you want (no pun indented lol) love the gym, the family, love my OG Coach Manny! Thank you. You don’t even understand.

I found this place when I was very lost as a person, insecure, weak (not only physically but mentally) Coming here i found purpose, my confidence, a home, a second family. As a military student in SA for only 2 months, LivingStone Gym embraced me as family. The gym community pushed me to do my best on every workout. They offer scaled classes for any ability and open gym 24/7 access. If you sign up for the unlimited plan, you also get free membership to the climbing gym that’s connected to it! Will recommend LivingStone to anyone in SA!

This is a gym that offers good sized classes with incredible coaches. My husband and I are members and we absolutely love it. The owners are so kind and their upmost concern is your safety. It is well worth the cost to improve your health and get stronger. The app they use is very easy to navigate and the gym is always clean and tidy.

I can't say enough great things about Livingstone Gym and Coach Manny. He has completely transformed how I approach fitness. From day one, he has been incredibly patient, taking the time to teach me proper form (I finally know how to do a proper squat - thanks Manny!), helping me rebuild strength, and most importantly, guiding me toward confidence in my own abilities. I had been with Camp Gladiator and CrossFit before now, but this is the first time in years that I’m truly pain-free. That alone is life-changing.Manny’s coaching style is a great blend of encouragement, expertise, and realism. I was introduced to Livingstone by one of their coaches, Manny. I was just looking for a way to get out and active and came across.” Purpose Driven hike club” on a Facebook page I belong to.We had a very manageable pre-hike warm-up/workout, and the hike was just right for me as a beginner.I told Manny about my struggles in my health & weight loss journey and he was so reassuring and encouraging.I now meet with Manny for 30 minutes, once a week and it has been a game changer. He checks in with me every day to encourage me and remind me what I’m working towards!My first meeting with him was what did it for me though. He literally sat down with me, on the gym floor, and genuinely listened to my story, my goals, my failures, and my struggles. He’s done nothing but encourage me and challenge me to reach my goals at a safe pace. I have health issues and he has been so mindful of that; he encourages me to trust my body, probably unknowingly because it just seems intuitive for him.I am SO excited to continue working with him and seeing results. I can already feel the difference in my flexibility, mobility, and mental strength.I can’t recommend LivingStone enough! Go, try it out. You will NOT be disappointed.
