I bought my first Rental Property in 2017. That is when my search for Real Estate Investing and Financial Freedom Education began. After finding Biggerpockets.com and visiting a couple other Real Estate Investing clubs in the local area, I found the IEREIC in Riverside. I think I joined the club in 2018 after meeting a few great people and feeling welcome to learn and grow without paying a large initiation fee or expensive mentorship program fee. The Club has just gotten better after our productive ZOOM meetings through COVID. We have all the training, mentoring, and networking opportunities you may need in your Real Estate adventures, but we also share productive and affordable training available outside the Club. I’ve been. REALTOR/Broker for over 17 years and have been in a lot of clubs, networking groups, etc. This is by far the best. There is a lot of education for whatever stage or niche of Real Estate you are in. It’s just a great mix of people, all doing real estate their way, traditionally and non-traditionally and giving their knowledge.

I can’t say enough about this group. I am a member of a few Real Estate Investment groups in CA, Ohio, and involved with networks in Florida. However, I am lucky as a local resident in So Cal to have a place to call “home”. The quality of individuals who work for and in the organization is amazing! Not only have I learned from the continued education available on a weekly basis, I have developed strong friendships with members who I have done and will continue to do deals with. I appreciate all that Rich and his team has done thus far and look forward to continued success for the Fire Center and us as a whole who are committed to it and real estate investing.
