I bought my first Rental Property in 2017. That is when my search for Real Estate Investing and Financial Freedom Education began. After finding Biggerpockets.com and visiting a couple other Real Estate Investing clubs in the local area, I found the IEREIC in Riverside. I think I joined the club in 2018 after meeting a few great people and feeling welcome to learn and grow without paying a large initiation fee or expensive mentorship program fee. The Club has just gotten better after our productive ZOOM meetings through COVID. We have all the training, mentoring, and networking opportunities you may need in your Real Estate adventures, but we also share productive and affordable training available outside the Club. Come and feel welcome to learn with us.

I’ve been. REALTOR/Broker for over 17 years and have been in a lot of clubs, networking groups, etc. This is by far the best. There is a lot of education for whatever stage or niche of Real Estate you are in. It’s just a great mix of people, all doing real estate their way, traditionally and non-traditionally and giving their knowledge.
