FIRE Center Investment Club is truly top-notch! I’ve been in real estate for over 37 years as a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Manufactured Home Dealer, General Contractor, Developer, and Investor. Over the years, I’ve attended many real estate clubs, seminars, and investment groups, and FIRE Center has really impressed me. What stands out is the organization, the experience and knowledge of the members, and their willingness to share that knowledge with others. I’ve only attended a few times, and I’ve already learned a lot and made some great connections. Whether you’re new to real estate investing or have years of experience, there is always something new to learn. FIRE Center provides a great environment to exchange ideas, build relationships, and continue growing as an investor. Great people, great atmosphere, and a great learning environment. I’m glad I found FIRE Center Investment Club!

If you're serious about building wealth through real estate, this place delivers. Every Wednesday they run practical Deal Room sessions where people break down actual properties, numbers, and exit strategies together. It's real talk from active local investors. The networking is genuine, the education is hands-on, and the community is supportive. I highly recommended for anyone in the Inland Empire looking to learn and connect.

FIRE Center is an outstanding real estate investment club, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about real estate investing. I have been a member for over five years and have had the opportunity to watch the club grow tremendously in membership, investment opportunities, and educational resources. Rich Rice has always created a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels like they truly belong. He consistently brings in knowledgeable presenters who provide valuable, real-world information without using the meetings as an opportunity to sell programs or services. One of the things I appreciate most about FIRE Center is the willingness of experienced investors to openly share their knowledge. From the very beginning, I have found members to be approachable, generous with their experience, and genuinely willing to answer questions and help others learn. Regardless of your area of interest in real estate investing, there is likely someone in the club with relevant experience. Members have knowledge in areas such as wholesaling, fix-and-flips, long-term rentals, mobile home investing, short-term rentals, property management, and much more. FIRE Center is an excellent resource for real estate investors at all experience levels. If you are interested in learning, networking, and connecting with people who are actively involved in real estate, I encourage you to come check it out. You won't regret it!

Awesome real estate club! I've learned so much over the past three years. While I haven't put everything into practice yet, I've applied some of what I've learned and look forward to using more strategies in the future. I've also done a few deals with other members and have had great experiences working with them. Highly recommend!

I've been a member of FIRE Center for almost two years, and I've learned so much during that time. I've become better at analyzing deals, understanding what really makes a good investment, and most importantly, trusting myself and having confidence in the decisions I make. But one of the things I appreciate most about FIRE Center is that we're taught to never forget the people behind the deal. Many sellers are going through a difficult time and looking for a way out of their situation. Our job isn't just to find a good investment—it's to find a solution that helps them too. The best deals are truly win-win. I've also met and learned from some wonderful people through the group. The education, networking, and support have been a big part of my growth as an investor, and I'm grateful to be part of the FIRE Center community.

I've been a member of FIRE Center for almost two years, and it has been an important part of my growth as a real estate investor. I've learned how to analyze deals, recognize a good investment, and have more confidence in my own decisions. What I appreciate most is that FIRE Center doesn't let you forget the human side of real estate. Behind many deals is a person or family going through a difficult situation. We're taught to look for a solution that helps them while also making sense for us as investors. That's what makes it a true win-win. The education has been valuable, but so have the relationships and networking with other investors. I'm very glad I found this community.

When I joined almost 6 years ago, I just wanted a place where I could learn a thing or two and do "something" in real estate. Fast forward to today and I've learned more from this club and have found more success than I could have imagined. Whether you're looking to get in or are a seasoned investor, I would highly recommend this club.
