I love Milca. She listens and she gets it. I turned to her when all things failed for me and I couldn’t get relief from my disabilities. She works with and prescribes medicinal cannabis and is more of a holistic practitioner. If I could see her on a regular basis I would, but she doesn’t take Medicaid. Her appointments cost about $125 and she takes her time listening to you and your concerns. Highly recommend!

I am a person with type 1 Diabetes. Dr Kaplan was the only doctor or institution that would accept me for the weight loss shot. Granted, I understand not all with diabetes can be accepted, but I've been well controlled for years. My issues can be drilled down to the cellular level with an impaired mitochondrial and metabolic process. The medication she has provided has repaired that and my insulin resistance has lowered significantly. I take far less insulin now and I've lost 40 lbs. I've cut my 24 hour lantus in half to 30 units and my daily humalog to less than 60 for the whole day, usually much less. Dr. Kaplan is the best!!
