It’s inevitable. You’ll accidentally get stronger, fitter, and maybe even enjoy it. Who said working out couldn’t be fun.In all seriousness, Elevate has been the most consistent and motivating part of my fitness journey. The coaches are equal parts knowledgeable and friendly, the community is welcoming, and the sessions manage to be both challenging and strangely addictive.Let’s be honest, if you’re still reading this looking for negatives then credit to you, you’ve got stamina. Congratulations you’re already half way to becoming a better version of yourself. You’re clearly already Elevate material. Sorry to disappoint, but there’s not much to complain about (unless you count bulgarian split squats, press ups, burpees and the assault bikes).So who are you kidding, give in and sign up already. For the exercises I struggled with, the coaches gave me adaptations that I could do and progress with. The balanced programmes are put together for you, so you don’t have to think about it. I’ve never been in a gym where there’s so much support around you, every single person in there wants you to succeed. In every single class I’ve been to we all cheer each other on to reach new personal bests!It really does feel like a family. Each class is a maximum of 6 people and it doesn’t matter what your age/gender/fitness level is, there is always enough support there to help you achieve your goals. I enjoy every session at Elevate, you have such a laugh whilst exercising and I’ve made some amazing friends there too!I will always recommend Elevate to everyone (but in particular anyone who is nervous or new to gyms) as it really is the perfect environment to grow. My confidence in weight training has grown and my confidence in myself is growing too and I will forever be thankful to trainers Char/James for helping me to believe in myself. Less

I have never been more in love with exercise and Charlotte and James.Walking in you feel like you’re walking into your friends house with the happy, friendly welcome you receive. Which is definitely needed at 5.50am! Quick catch up with your pals then the graft star... More

Which is definitely needed at 5.50am! Quick catch up with your pals then the graft starts.I’ve made friends in the short time I’ve been coming and am continuing on my exercise journey when my month ends.I look forward to going. Even though I hate a split squat 😭 or Bulgarian split squat 😭 but Charlotte and James are always on hand to make sure you’re doing it correctly and safely. No one ever feels left out and we’re all there for the same reason. No one should ever feel shy or nervous about going to a gym. And this place makes sure you don’t!I enjoy each week and seeing my progress with getting more reps or using heavier weights is what’s spurring me on to keep going!I’ve never been more committed and I love it!!!Thanks guys!!!!
