I had been desperately looking for answers for my family…. Desperation and worry that keeps a person up at night. My husband had been battling hashimotos, I was freshly diagnosed with hashimotos, and our son was recently diagnosed with autism. I could not wrap my mind around it.. at all. Why!? The team there was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. I was diagnosed with MS and I did not wish to become a medical commodity. These guys were able to assist me on my journey in ways I would not have been able to do by myself. I'm very thankful to Dr Saur and his team, they do very good work.

I struggle with chronic pain high blood pressure and gut problems. Also my nervous system is out of control I’ve dealt with bel palsy and anxiety and brain fog. I really need to take control of my health to be able to live a normal life.

I have a severe traumatic brain injury, so I’ve always struggled with mood swings, constant fatigue, and irritability. I follow twin oaks on Facebook, so I often saw Dr. Sauer’s posts about hormones. After getting pregnant is when I decided to take action, and it’s the best decision I made for myself and my family. No more irritability. No more mood swings. Lori at Twin Oaks has taught me so much and has helped me change my mindset about health and I feel like I am no longer struggling! This is something I can easily do for the rest of my life. I have more energy, more focus, and feel better! As a bonus I’ve dropped multiple pants sizes and had to buy new clothes! At twin oaks you get a program catered to your specific needs! I am EXTREMELY sensitive to meds and vitamins. They found exactly what my body needs and I’ve had no issues with any of it! That is a first in my life! It is a financial investment, but I found that the investment actually motivated me in the beginning when I was getting through my horrific sugar cravings. I went to doctors for 20 plus years trying to figure out why I felt so icky and sick. Not a single one figured out what was going on. Within 1 month at twin oaks I had answers and was on my path to healing my body. I have been doing this for 4 months and am excited to see what the future holds for me. This is only the beginning! She truly cares about you as a client and will help you in ways you didn’t know you needed! She is so knowledgeable and kind! I would pay for this program just to have her as my coach!

I kept going to my regular doctor and getting "bandaids" for a symptom. Nothing really got to that feeling inside; I feel sick, tired, sore, sad and depleted, a shell living a life I'm not in. I finally got answers! Yes it's work, but better than the worry and bitter feeling every time I opened my eyes every morning. I am actually getting better. I am actually losing weight. My mind is healed and I feel like a glass of cold water has been poured on the fire inside me. I'm me again , thank God. Do this, and actually do it.

Dr Sauer took the time to get to know me, my health history, and all of my health concerns in our initial meeting. I then worked regularly with my health coach, Lori, over Zoom meetings, which was super convenient and effective being that I don’t live in Fargo. She was easy to talk to and often shared ways that she dealt with similar issues to mine. Dr. Sauer and Lori were both personable and easy to work with, and I felt like my concerns were equally important to them as well. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is ready to make positive changes in their health by making changes in lifestyle habits.
