Our fridge broke last week. We called another company in the area to come take a look. We had a poor customer service experience from the beginning to the end. The technician did not fix it. They told us to get a new fridge. Our fridge is only 6 years old. We wanted a second opinion. We called this company and they sent Jason to take a look.
