I’ve now hired Silverback Electric Company for two separate projects and have been extremely impressed with their work both times. The first was installing a transfer switch so I can safely power my entire home with a generator during outages. The second was concealing speaker and power wiring for my entertainment center to create a clean, professional look.In both cases, their team was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their craftsmanship. I recently used Silverback Electric to remove an EV charger from a house, reinstall it at a new house and run electric out to a shed. Not only did they accomplish this with great professionalism, they ensured that what we left behind in house #1 will be easily used by whoever buys it one day so they can install their own EV charger if they want (or use it for other ancillary needs). While going into the attic of the new house, Kevin pointed out that the bathroom fan had not been properly installed and the Angel climbed way into the rafters to check them all. Needless to say, I added that to my job and I really appreciated that they advised me of that because how would I know?The team showed up when they said they would and got all the work done in one day which included the trenching and labeling everything in our panel box so we'd know what is what in the new house, even stuff they didn't work on.This job was a breeze because they pull the permits and they arrange everything. Angel and Kevin were excellent communicators and the team was all hard working and nice to the baby and the dogs.Call Silverback, whatever you need they can and will do and they'll make it a pleasure dealing with them. You feel like a valued customer, not just a job.

Just had Kevin and Angel come in to work on some outlets that didn't work. They found not only the problems quickly but also issues that builders/electric companies/inspectors failed to catch or fix properly. They were really professional, fast and honest about options to get our home up to code that could have led to issues later. Definitely would reccomend Silverback over any of the other electric companies we've used in the area.
