I don’t know if it’s family owned, but it feels like it is.They always work with me, as I want to do some of my own services, but def not all of them.I also feel like the prices are reasonable for what I get.Overall, I definitely recommend them, and plan on continuing to use them until I move, or my “outside bathtub” (as my 2 year old calls it), falls apart!

White Sands is fantastic! They revived an old hot tub we inherited and got it back in prime working condition for a fraction of the cost of replacement. They are very honest and really know their stuff. They do not try to up-sell and often come up with lower cost solutions to issues. Casey and his wife were so honest, helpful and communicative. I reached out with a hot tub leak and not only did they try to fit me in before their vacation, but they ended up helping me fix the issue for free by taking a look at the videos I sent to them. It ended up being a simple fix I could do on my own (I.e., a loose pipe that just needed to be tightened.)It blew me away that they were willing to diagnose and offer free services when they could have charged the visit fee and made a profit. I will definitely be using them now for any other needs I have as they have both experience and deep integrity.

Chris was great, five stars all the way. He showed up on time and had the problem diagnosed in just a few minutes (dead pump). He had the part in his truck, and within an hour our spa was up and running again. Chris was easy to talk to and communicated well. I would have no hesitation using White Sands again.
