Being terminally ill and having to change doctors after silver healthcare closed which was a very great facility for me I was told to go to Southwest pediatric and family care and totally have to admit with all honesty it is deplorable the first visit that were children running around very sick and out of control one child ran up and push me hurting my back making me have to go home and missing my appointment that I waited over an hour to get to 3 days later I had a severe sore throat there are no toys for entertainment for the children and most of the mothers are on their cell phones while they run crazy screaming now let's talk about this stupid financial problem they create with people that is actually not endorsed at All by the better Business bureau they talk your candy but they are deplorable people are sick sometimes they have to miss an appointment and sometimes too sick to call in and if you miss an appointment they charge you $50 now how is this helping a very poor economy in Deming and those who are working hard and aggressively every day to make ends meet for their family and then now they went to jeopardize your credit report. They talk about how they are so involved in the community why they wreck people's lives and now let's talk about that very rude and then send the lady who handles the front desk I think everyone knows her demeanor shall we say sucks and we shouldn't have to go through a very insolent procedure just to sign in and I feel as a prominent business owner and supporter of the underprivileged for over 25 years in New Mexico that I wouldn't even hire her if I owned a McDonald's when I told about this everyone else wanted to chime in and try and give me intimidating looks reminding me of how I would always win this battle of King of the Hill even in the elementary school but of course they didn't have the spine to say anything to me intimidating looks just made them look so small and I gave up I am glad I found a good practitioner now that actually knows and works with me I highly suggest not counting on their ear candy advertisements and walk away completely from this unhealthy Health providerand with over 1200 reviews I have never given a one-star till now not a troll just an honest person so if you care about you and your loved ones try a different facility there are better much better in the local area.A sincere thank you. The home visit from Chaplin's Butz and his great perspective I'm very informed input let me very impressed and after thinking it through for 3 weeks after he came to my house to visit I am going to stay with my provider I really appreciate the medical assistance I have received from her and there was a more positive experience did my last visit then before and the one lady even though she ignored my help even checking out at least she wasn't belligerent and I appreciated whoever the lady was who came after standing and waiting to make my next appointment got up and came with a great attitude. Again thank you and even though trust issues are hard for me to reevaluate and change after a bad experience it also helped me grow a little bit more and more tolerant people are going to be the way they want to be but I do appreciate the change and it is noticeable

I really like this place. My daughter and I share the same NP and she is amazing. I recently transferred myself to this place after having a DR. In Las Cruces. I have had more of an in depth check up than I ever have and way more results. My daughter loves her pediatrician and she likes going in.

Dr. Roque has been such a blessing to our family. She has been caring for our daughters since our oldest was not quite one yet, she turned 7 this year, and our youngest who is now 5. I came down with something really bad -coughing, sore and inflamed throat, and feeling weak, needing to leave work- no time to make an appt...I drove to the clinic praying all the way over there that they could see me. Their schedule is always full, but they made room for me to see Carlos. ( I came out negative for the 3 tests, but needed 2 shots because my body was definitely battling something!) Thanks to their care and I'm feeling much better! Everytime we go in, Dr. Roque, Carlos, David, and Letti (I know theres more😬) are so kind, helpful, and go above and beyond for their patients. I couldn't be more happier with Southwest Pediatrics. I recommend them over and over!
