We decided on All About Floors to install carpet and laminate in our entire house mainly because Ulyses was so informative and helpful. It was our first experience with laminate flooring and he explained all the selections offered and then let us browse thru them on our own answering questions as needed. We made our laminate and carpet selections and scheduled the install for each. We even ran into some water damage by our sliding glass door and Ulyses hooked us up with a contractor who was able to fix us up right away. The install for the laminate in our office was done first and it turned out great. Then the carpet was installed about a week later and that went great as well. We love our carpet and laminate and highly recommend All About Floors. Five stars for the business, for Ulyses and for the installers!

I searched for carpet for a few weeks and was getting nowhere. Stores were quoting higher than I wanted to pay and with no promise they would be able to install it on the day I needed. I did an online search and found All About Floors by their 4.8 to 5-star reviews. I walked into their shop and was greeted by Ulysses. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Within 30 minutes I had my carpet chosen for a price less than I had been quoted up to that point, and the promise to install on the day I needed. Everything went very smoothly and worked out just as expected! I highly recommend All About Floors and definitely will use them for my future needs.

Ulysses and his crew were outstanding! My elderly parents needed carpet for the second story of their house, and the project was smooth, clean, and accommodating to my aging folks. Furniture needed to be moved to install the carpet, and the crew took such wonderful care with my parents personal belongings. Their room was set back up perfectly (actually much cleaner!) All About Floors provided the best price in the area, and the job was sharp. I feel like we live in a new house!Ulysses saw that I was making a treehouse for my kiddo and he personally met me at his warehouse and gave me some carpet pieces. Wow, All About Floors came thru for me in an emergency. I needed a 6ft by 3 ft piece of carpet padding. I went to the big box stores and found they only will sell an entire roll. I called five carpet places expecting to have to purchase a piece and AAF 1) actually answered the phone and 2) with no hesitation and without me explaining anything about why I needed it, offered to set a aside what I needed for pick up.Now THAT is customer service. When I picked up, the gentleman even carried it out to my car.I'm going to be replacing carpet very soon and I will 100% be doing business with All About Flooring. This is above and beyond. Ulysses and his contractors were a pleasure to work with to replace our carpets. They were very communicative, flexible, and efficient. We are happy with the quality of their work. There doesn’t appear to be any damage to our baseboards, walls, or furniture. They even placed some screws in our creaking stairs to quiet them a bit. I highly recommend them for your next carpet installation.

As we approached what we felt was the Herculean task of recarpeting our 2800sf home we started with “value for dollar” and the “Big Box Stores”, Costco, Home Depot, and Lowes. When we moved into our home in 2012 we went with the Mohawk line through Costco. I built my spreadsheet and we commenced to populate it while comparing prices to what we paid 12 years ago. Our current customer service experience with Costco was the best, then Home Depot, and a distant third Lowes. After an unproductive visit to Lowes Vacaville, we decided to go for a frozen yogurt break and as we were finishing up our yogurt we decided to search for carpet “near me” and AllAboutFloors was just down the street. We walked into the “Showroom” and were greeted by the two owners, Ulylses and Tim. Ulyses Macay who primarily handles all their residential accounts spent time with us at the store and then came to our home with samples. With Ulyses’ gentle guidance we selected two carpets and Ulyses quickly came back with his quotes, and to our delight his price was 60% less than Costco, 33% less than Home Depot, and 27% less than Lowes. In addition to the pricing, we felt very confident that there would be no changes/additional charges if we selected All About Floors, we signed and pre-paid 50% of the contract price to initiate the carpet purchase.I am a retired Civil Engineer and my father was a General Contractor, who did high end remodels and custom homes in Beverly Hills, West LA, and Palm Springs/Palm Desert. I worked with my father through my high school years and during the first few years of my young married life. I know quality work, skilled craftsman, and I am, for better or for worst a perfectionist. That being said I was VERY pleased with the two-man crew that installed our carpet, two pleasant mature men that worked together efficiently and flawlessly. Our main installer was from Cuba, Yoel, and he learned the carpet installation trade from his father. The end product met my high standards and we just love our "Dreamweaver Carpet".My wife and I are so please that we “went local!” Highly recommend AllAboutFloors!!!

After looking for two months getting estimates and floor samples we decided to go with All About Floors. The owner, Ulyses A Macay, was honest, helpful, answered all our questions, was in our price range. We went for the luxury vinyl planks, the color Antique Hickory. The two floor installers, Rick and Francisco were fantastic! They moved our heavier furniture and moved everything back into place once done. They were very professional, respectful, and explained everything to us while laying the flooring, hard honest workers that work great together. We had our whole house done and we can’t say enough how happy we are with our new flooring. If you want it done right with awesome results, definitely recommend All About Floors in Vacaville.

All About Floors has a large Selection to pick from. I chose the DW Malibu 3, color is Oak Barrel.Picking out the Carpet and having it installed was wonderful. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly making it easy for me to pick the perfect carpet. The installers were efficient,clean and very helpful with moving the heavy furniture , they did a great job!

The team at All About Floors is the best. We had carpets in three bedrooms replaced with laminate flooring. The price was competitive, and the service was excellent. On the day of the installation one of the installers was unable to work due to an injury. This meant a two-man crew was now a one man show. Our installer, Francisco, was able to complete the master bedroom on day one and the two remaining bedrooms on day two. We were amazed at his dedication, professionalism, and craftsmanship. All About Floors will be our first choice for any flooring needs in the future.

I had a great experience with All About Floors. Their showroom has lots of options. I was able to take some samples home to consider. I ordered laminate (wood look) flooring. The installation crew was excellent. They were courteous and professional. They really knew what they were doing. They recommended pulling out the old baseboards and installing new ones after they laid the floor so there wasn't a gap by the baseboards. This made a world of difference compared to some of the jobs I've seen by other companies. Overall, I recommend this company to anyone looking to change out their flooring.

I called Ulysses 2 and a half weeks before Christmas and asked if there was any way I could get carpet ordered and installed before the holidays, I was fully prepared to be told "no way" like the other places I had contacted.Ulysses made it happen with time to spare. We got the exact carpet we were hoping for for a very competitive price. I was very impressed with the quick timeline, including the install which only took about 6 hours.
