Our journey with Winterfield I would say was mostly positive. The consultant and selections staff really understood our vision and goals. They planned out a great product even making some adjustments after our requirements shifted.The quoted price was very competitive especially for a custom joinery and was competitive with other popular franchises with standard products.Unfortunately during the period from original quote to install there was a few hiccups. Throughout this time we wished communication was better, when discussing timelines they often said we will contact you back with install timeline for us to get no response.We also were only informed 4 days out from install that cabinet color was unable to be supplied for 10 more days causing us to change as we couldn't go 2 weeks kitchen less. And kitchen was delivered with no communication to us, so house was ill prepared for all the cabinetsAll was made better by the delight that was the installers. They were professional, efficient and had the attention to detail that you would love from your installers. You could tell they genuinely loved what they did and were able to install everything within one day. Even making cuts so future electrician would have an easier time.We are thrilled with the final product, it's exactly as we dreamed and if they can improve their communication I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family

I am pleased with the overall price of the cupboards I had installed.I have found the staff to be helpful and courteous.Cupboards were put completed and put in a prompt manner.The job looks fine, toning in with my house colours. I am looking forward to using the much needed storage.Thank you!

Our new kitchen is beautiful. Vanessa did a wonderful job in helping us with our design. We had our laundry cupboards with a pull a out ironing board installed through Winterfield Cabinets and were very impressed . Now we've recently had our bathrooms renovated and used them again. Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff and a quality installation job. Great value for money and the turnaround time for install was great. We used Winterfield Cabinets for our kitchen renovation at our house in Wynn Vale. They were professional, on time and the price was great compared with other quotes we received.The space for our kitchen was an interesting shape and they helped provide advice on the best way to use the space and it was great.We then used them to update our walk in robe, adding in drawers, mirror and additional storage space. It turned out so great and was a much more functional space.We’ve recommended them to family and friends time and time again. They’ve done kitchens, walk in robes, laundries, linen cupboards and more for people we’ve recommended them to. You will not be disappointed.
