They came over about an hour after I called and took a look at my system. There were a couple small hiccups but everything got taken care of and they kept me updated every step of the way. I won’t hesitate calling them next time.

Greatest customer service I think I have ever experienced. Derrick is super professional, respectful, and explains everything well. He came out just an hour after we called late in the evening and took great care of us. Best part, the value was great too. Highly recommend Layton Doors!

Derrick replaced a primary entry door on my log home. He did a great job, taking the time to put the care and effort into the project. I would recommend him to anyone needing repairs/replacements or new installations of doors.

Derrick was awesome to work with! He replaced both torsion springs on my 16x8 garage door and had everything done quickly and professionally. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and even had a great sense of humor — just an easy guy to talk to and work with. What really stood out was that he took the time to explain what went wrong and shared helpful tips on how to keep the garage door in good condition moving forward. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work.On top of that, the pricing was extremely fair — $330 out the door for both springs replaced. No surprises, no upselling, just honest work at a great price.Highly recommend Derrick to anyone needing garage door repair!
