Kainin, arrived on time to complete the mitigation. He immediately assessed my damage and explain to me the process which had to take place To prevent me from having mold. I had water damage which started in the bathroom upstairs, running water onto the kitchen ceiling through the ceiling onto the floor. He covered my wall art and created a barrier between my kitchen and living room so that no dust particles would extend into the living room area. The kitchen was still accessible because there was a zipper placed on the heavy plastic, separating my kitchen and living room. He stayed in continuous communication with me during the entire process, which truly means a lot, and makes a big difference. Once he re-examined the Upstairs bathroom and the downstairs kitchen area he Thoroughly cleaned up, both affected areas in a timely fashion.My insurance company electronically sent funds to a construction company who Never made repairs to my home and he assisted me and getting those funds sent to me. The company was very responsive. I was to be traveling soon and worried about how quickly I could get the damage fixed Then I was worried about how much it would cost to get a quick turn around, and would someone do it correctly or just fast. The process was explained to me I felt like the care and attention he was giving he was talking about his property not just a “job” and Kainin was able to get it done and restored properly before I left so there was no mess to come home to. They followed up with me when I returned home just to put my mind at ease it was done right. Hope I never need them again but if I do will be the first call I make. Amazing service!

I was having issues with mold & moisture but no one could find any active leaks. Kainin came out and using his infrared leak detector and moisture meter, he was able to detect water that was not visible in the flooring of my bathroom, and also gave me peace of mind that no other leaks were detected. He was extremely thorough from the 2nd floor to the crawl space. I will be having him come back to retreat my crawl space for mold since we had it treated and encapsulated. I highly recommend him!!

On a Sunday evening our dehumidifier in our crawl space quit working after a torrential downpour that caused water to accumulate under our house. After calling around and only getting a recording, I called Rapid Response Restoration and Kainin answered the phone. Thirty minutes later he was at our house in the crawl space. He got the dehumidifier working again, told us what to do if it happens again and gave us good advice on how to prevent the problem. Kainin saved us a lot of money and headache that night.
