We've been going here for probably 15 years. We have since moved around the country for many years, and during that time tried as many sushi restaurants as we could. Tony's remains the best place for sushi with the freshest ingredients. We always come back whenever we're nearby visiting family.The service is also very good. This is the best Japanese food in the area. The only draw back is it is significantly more expensive than other places of the same type. The kid meals are only till age 10 and we have driven over a half hour to a different hibachi because of this. When we do visit here, we can easily spend over $200 to feed our family of 5. The food is amazing though and well worth it for special occasions as your mouth will water and you'll say, "I've never tasted anything like this." Less

The Romantic Roll did not disappoint. The soft shell crab, real crab meat, cream cheese and specialty sauce really hit the spot. This place is located in a shopping center and if you're not looking you will miss it totally! Good and bad as you want/need to be visible but at the same time I wouldn't want to have to wait(lol) when I'm coming in for dinner. It's so beautiful inside and a perfect date night vibe. Yes they have the tables with the grills where you get to see your he magic(a little kid was at our table and said this when they lit the onion) or you can have a quiet place surrounded by red curtains and music playing for a one on one. I love the atmosphere and your welcoming experience. They do check in you periodically, some places ignore once your seated, but there was never a time my cup wasn't refilled. Took my daughter, wife & grandchildren to Tony's for the Hibachi (dinner and a show).The grandchildren were absolutely mesmerized watching the artisan chef and with the fire on the grill right there in front of them. The cocktails will be strong (alcohol heavy) if that's your thing, but they won't have that mixologist level of intricate tasty flavors.Now if u keep that tidbit in mind so you'll have realistic expectations for the drinks, the food and the service will blow you away. The salad and soup they serve u before your hibachi was a hit for both the adults and our children. I never saw children rave about how delicious a salad was before. The hibachi itself is whatever ingredients u choose cooked in front of u as "a show." It is always made with the freshest of ingredients and is well seasoned and sauced.They also have a non-hibachi menu with sushi/sashimi etc that are made fresh to order and are delicious as well. We have been going to Tony's for years. Always consistent with quality and service. It is so good that I have had my work Christmas party there several times. The portions are not skimping! Everyone we have ever taken here has said it is the best hibachi they have ever had. Tony adds his personal touch to every meal and his staff does too.
