We have had Shipp plumbing out on a few occasions. They are professionally courteous and caring people. I have had the experience of dealing with a few different people within the company. I was handle with the same professionalism and care. I would not deal with anyone else in Woodstock because of the trust we have developed.Today Sept 2 2026 I did not buy anything. I was dealing with a water heater rental company. I needed a quote for a water heater but Chris Wintermute took it upon himself and stood up for me today with the rental company and his knowledge of contracts gave me the fighting power I needed today. He handle it with care and compassion. Buyout was $900 Chris got it down to 1/2 that. Even tried for more.Please be advised to never deal with SANDPIPER HOME COMFORT RENTALS they are crooks. We did not have the choice because Scott died so we were left to pick up the pieces because the home is an estate sale.Victoria Franceschini

I just had a new furnace and water heater installed by Shipp. I can't say enough good about the service that was provided. Chris was very efficient in his initial estimates.So very nice and accommodating to my needs.Both Brett and Barry were so pleasant and easy to be around as they finished this job. Strongly recommend this company and will definately hire them again when needed.
