We sent my mom (73) in to Mattress by Appointment in Hamilton a few weeks ago to pick out a new bed and frame as a gift. Vienna showed her the different models to choose from. No pressure sales, they made sure she was getting a mattress that fit her specific needs and budget. After an hour she picked out her mattress and an adjustable frame - she seemed sure about her choice when I spoke with her that afternoon.Once the new frame was delivered to their warehouse they reached out and worked around my schedule to bring it the 35 miles to Conner. Travis and Vienna showed up exactly when they said they would and helped us unload and assemble the frame (under 30 minutes total). They showed my mom all of the features she had on her new frame, told her how often to rotate the mattress and how to make sure she doesn't void the warranty.My mom has now slept on her new bed a total of four nights and she already feels a difference in how well rested she. She slept in yesterday. I don't think I would change anything about the buying experience or delivery. In fact, my wife and I are planning on buying a king size bed and frame next year from Mattress by Appointment. Less

We love our new mattress! Why did we suffer with our old uncomfortable bed for so long? What a great experience doing business with this lady to whom I've never met. It seemed as though we already knew eachother. I asked her how she got into this business.
