Really cannot thank Lewis enough for his hard work and time. His knowledge is impeccable, and I've learnt so much during our sessions. After years of trying to explain my discomfort to doctors, chiropractors and and other practices. I always felt I was being misunderstood, or maybe explaining my issue incorrectly. Many times I have had a speech in my head to ensure I get the right treatment, or to ask advice on treatment at whichever practice. I'd had the same thoughts before our first session. But within 5mins of meeting him, he'd identified every problem I wanted to discuss. I'm not not sure I said word, and we immediately started treatment. Lewis's knowledge is so vast, that sometimes I struggle to keep up. But I always try to listen with intent, and each piece of advice I pick up has been invaluable. I had never tried Osteopathic treatment before but I'm so glad I went to see Lewis. After suffering the most awful pain in an injury to my lower back that I didn't seem to be recovering from. Everything has been explained to me about my injury, the treatment and how to get moving again, slowly but surely improving. I've learnt a lot from Lewis, have been treated with respect and reassured. Lewis has also treated a worrying back injury for my 19 year old daughter and diagnosed hypermobility which was missed by medics and she now has a clear explanation or what it is and an exercise plan to manage her condition.

Started seeing Lewis when he was at Coventry Osteopaths having been a regular at a practice in Surrey (near where I used to work). He came highly recommended and I can see why.Really put me through a range of movement (have struggled with lower back alignment) and has helped me no end with some recent tendinitis and rotator cuff problems.He takes the time to explain the issues and also advises on physio/exercise to help maintain strength & movement for the areas being worked on. I now every 6 weeks or so for him to sort my ageing body out! Add to the fact that he's a bloody lovely chap and you have the perfect Osteopath!

My experience of optimal started several years ago. I have to say it’s been fantastic. From a very worrying consultation with my NHS consultant asking “when did you break your neck” ? To a consultation with lewis, which is the point where I realised my cycling career was not over! With treatment & education about my injuries optimal got me back to a competitive level. Optimal are for the sports person and for the person. Highly recommended.

Lewis is an exemplarily practitioner. His practice is modern, clean, warm and welcoming with a supportive atmosphere. He has supported my recovery of lower back pain after a gym injury which enabled me to have a speedier recovery using a variety of different techniques. Lewis is extremely knowledge and provides a good exercise regime to support as necessary. I would 100% recommend him - so much so, that I continue to see Lewis as a preventative therapy.

I first contacted Lewis with low back pain, he seemed very knowledgeable and caring from the first session. Now my back has radically improved. Highly reccomended
