I was casually looking for property online until I stumbled on Richard’s website. His site was populated with properties for sale which wasn’t listed on other sites likes Zillow, trulia, etc. I sent him a message about a certain property not listed anywhere else and he responded quickly about my inquiry and what I was looking for. He immediately got to work on the property which he helped me get at the end. His enthusiasm, attention to detail and work ethic was excellent and he kept in constant contact with me to notify about any updates/deadlines. He helped me sell my deceased dad's home. Both of my parents died in different states in the same week and I was in shock. It was very hard to think and deal with selling the house. I did contact a person that does those investor sales but I did not know if this is someone I could trust. I felt better working with an agent who specializes in probate sales.He was very helpful and direct in his communication. He did not talk down to me or make me feel like I was dumb for not understanding real estate stuff. I have never bought nor sold a home before so this was very new to me. He also got me a higher sale price in the end than I'd have gotten had I gone with the investor guy.I really appreciate his help and am very glad I picked him to sell my deceased dad's home in Texas! He did things like change locks and help sell my dad's car etc which I was not sure how to from another state. I believe he is a honest man you can trust!
