Communication throughout the inspection and service process was clear and professional.The engineer, Adam, was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He completed the work efficiently and to a very high standard. I had several jobs carried out, including handle replacements, glass replacement, and a window new hinge, and everything was completed swiftly.I would 100% choose Window Geeks again for any future window repairs or work. Had an ongoing issue with rainwater leaks into the conservatory. After having a local window/conservatory company and a local gutter company try to find the issue and repair with no success i contacted Window Geeks. Adam attended to assess the issue and explained what the issue was and how he proposed to put it right. I booked a further visit. Adam attended with another colleague and carried out the repair, explaining during the job and afterwards what they had done. He also pointed out other concerns which may cause issues in the future. Later that day we had an extremely heavy downpour and I can happily say we had no leaks. Extremely happy with the service all round.

Needed locks replacing for my porch and front door. Antony visited to take a look at what I needed and was friendly and very professional.Upon returning a couple weeks later Antony was again professional, friendly and got the job done quickly and easily.Would definitely go back to Windogeeks again and will recommend to family and friends.

Due to the type of patio door I had, no-one would entertain me. Window Geeks were recommended and they rose to the challenge. They were able to find a part to a door more that 30yrs old, saving me having to replace a whole patio door unit. Neil was exceptional in his work, and very friendly. Would definitely recommend Window Geeks. 5 stars is well deserved.
