American Funding was very responsive about my questions of "are you legit?". They provided enough information to have me look into their programs. I was convinced. The first grant submitted also provided me with information that I was able to develop some trust in their process. With one week of opening my account my first grant was submitted. Great communication overall. My only critique is that I wish someone had spoken to me more about my business instead of just reading over my business plan and using that info only to submit for grants. Lacked a personal touch.
