Ian at Smart Leak Protection was awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to diagnose my need for a new hot water heater and get it installed in a timely manner. I’m so grateful for all of his assistance, and would definitely recommend him!

We had a major plumbing emergency early on a Sunday. Not only did they answer my early morning phone call, but they offered same-day Sunday assistance to help us turn off the water and expertly fixed the issue first thing Monday morning at a reasonable price.Getting timely repairs in the Mendocino area can notoriously take weeks, and most places won't even return a call. Days later, the other local companies still haven't returned my calls! Meanwhile, the Smart Leak team has already repaired the pipes and fully fixed the problem. The owners run a phenomenal business. Their honesty and fairness of pricing gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful mishap.Everything about the interaction was amazing, from the moment they answered our call early on Sunday morning to all the communication before and throughout the process. Iann really went above and beyond, he was so helpful and helped provide so much reassurance in a stressful situation. He even reached out later in the day on Sunday to ensure water was safely turned off before they did the repair on Monday morning.I am forever grateful to this company for giving us total peace of mind during a nightmare scenario. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone.Hands down the best plumbing service in the area - Don't waste your time calling anyone else!

I got a Smart Meter for my rental to make sure there were no leaks and ensure that the consumption was not excessive. So far the microleak test has found one leak in a hose bib that was dripping. The sensitivity of these devices is quite amazing. Highly reccomend.
