Heather was awesome with planning our honeymoon! We were able to get MORE than we thought we could get within our budget. She was incredibly helpful when we had a couple minor bumps, and she checked in with us while we were on vacay. We will definitely be using Winsome again for our next trip!

We have booked two trips through Katelyn Brower and she has been a rockstar for both bookings. Our first trip was to Jamaica a few years ago, and most recently to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico just last week. Both experiences went seamlessly, from planning & booking, giving helpful packing/tipping hints, through our safe return home.It's so helpful that Katelyn is always well communicated when travel days near and she keeps us well informed of any flight delays, changes or any other issues, before we even know about them.Booking through Katelyn takes so much stress off of my husband and I. We booked a trip to Bali and we arrived in the middle of a torrential rainstorm. It took twice as long for us to arrive at our hotel due to the rain and the traffic. However we had a great experience. The staff at Kamandalu resort were amazing (side note. This is where they do the famous photos of woman sitting in a boat with Koi fish surrounding them). The resort was amazing with a private outdoor tub and shower and a private lounge area. The staff was very personable. They even hosted a dinner by the pool with local entertainment. The tour guide and drivers were accommodating to our request and needs and willing to make changes to our itinerary as needed. Highlights were Taggalanga rice terraces ( you can zip line, get a photo of you swinging over the terraces, or ride a bike across). It is truly a stunning site to see. The elephant sanctuary was very enjoyable and you can ride, swim/bath with and feed the elephants. The monkey forest was fun ( be careful the monkeys will steal jewelry, phones, hats). We saw many other beautiful sites and loads of temples! The people there are the best in hospitality. A warning is to be aware of the crazy traffic. You will spend 2-3 times longer in a vehicle than you think. I highly recommend doing the vintage car tour. We skipped gates of heaven due to the length of time it would take to get there but that apparently is an instagram photo highlight. Winsome travel has helped us with multiple vacations and I highly recommend them. They are easy to work with and very accommodating to your needs and wants. Heather is the best.

Heather helped us out with planning our trip to Jamaica. The flights were perfect and the resort was amazing! Everything went perfectly with no issues. She answered all of our questions we had and was very knowledgeable about our resort. Great communication leading up to our departure and offered great suggestions with "what to bring" and what to expect.
