I found out two weeks before the end of September 2025 that I would no longer have health insurance at the end of the month. I called Hopkins Financial upon recommendation from another client of theirs. On the very last day of the month, Michael made himself available, literally all day, for me to be able to ask questions by text or email. By the end of the evening, he had me approved with a health insurance plan that I am happy with, beginning the very next morning, October 1st, so I would have no lapse in coverage. I am appreciative beyond words for his availability and help at the last minute, the professionalism he exhibited and his knowledge in the field so I didn't have to spend hours reading over and trying to figure out if the providers I already have are covered and my personal health needs, as well.
