Rachael is great! We were randomly set up through Zillow, but I continued to use her because she was very kind and personable. She responded to texts, emails, and phone calls and always got back to me if she was busy. She was very patient with me, which I needed in order to look for my first home.

Best realtor in SLC!! Probably the most knowledgeable realtor in the area who works hard for her clients. We seamlessly bought and sold homes in less than a 30 day period and had no hiccups. Rach is sharp and ahead of the process regarding every aspect of buying and selling real estate. She is the only realtor that I will ever use.

Highly Recommend!It was my good fortune to meet Rachael Stapley on a day that I toured four open houses in Salt Lake City. I met four different realtors and she stood apart from the others not only as personable but smart, savvy, and authentic.Her thorough knowledge of the local market and her keen sense of suitability assisted my search for a home. She made herself available when I had short spurts of time in the area and was always a fast and reliable communicator.Since I was looking at homes built in the 1800s, there were several issues that came up in the inspections. Before settling on the home I eventually purchased, I was under contract for a home that the inspector found major problems including the foundation. I loved the house but needed to have a professional structural engineer, plumber, electrician, A/C specialist, and contractor to provide estimates. Since I lived out of town, Rachael not only found most of the specialists but graciously met the specialists at the property…talk about Above and Beyond!!!The problems with the house were huge and Rachael instinctively knew it was not the right fit and guided me to the Perfect Home! She was there every step of the way.Rachael is a Realtor who is more focused on finding the perfect home for you than closing a deal. Wonderful experience!
