A great experience. I had been medically advised to lose weight and after 2 years of trying every diet I could and failing to lose anything, I had hypnotherapy. After the first session with Ilona I felt that my relationship with food was better, and I stopped any ‘emotional eating’. I’m now much more in tune with feeling hungry (or not) and I have no need to snack between meals. I’m now steadily losing weight with no effort & I encourage anyone to give it a go.
