This Fatboy went to heaven today and ate bbq so good I'd have bitten someone who tried to take it from me!Deep South Smokehouse is a food truck GEM you neeeeed to discover for yourself.Wife got the loaded pulled pork sandwich, and she didn't just eat it; she basically inhaled it! Apparently, it was very good!Now, I got the pulled pork loaded bowl, and let me tell you, delicious isn't a strong enough descriptor. Astounding, amazing, soul-calming good are better places to start!I truly hope this place stays with us for a long time because the food and owner are hidden gems!

I have visited DSS twice and ordered the pork bbq sandwich, fries, and smoked baked beans both times. The sandwich is generously filled with delicious, tender pork that is seasoned just right! The fries are always good and the smoked baked beans are delicious with a little kick to them. If you love pork bbq sandwiches and have not tried this one, I highly recommend you give it a try!
