I cannot recommend Zuzana enough. I was a little apprehensive about having even semi-permanent brow make-up but I knew I wanted to do something about my over-plucked brows, it used to take me ages to try pencilling them in each day. After some research I went to see Zuzana to talk about powder brows, and she talked me through the whole process and pencilled my brows herself so that I could see the sort of thing I could expect. I felt so reassured and she was so professional that I booked on straight away and I am so glad I did. I absolutely love my brows! The session itself was a pleasant experience, Zuzana put me completely at ease and spent ages mapping out them out and explained each little step the whole way through, she was so thorough. She made sure I was happy before she started and didnt stop until we were both completely satisfied with the shape. It wasn't painful, only a little uncomfortable, but Zuzana used a little numbing gel anyway to make sure that it wasn't too bad. Everything was sterilised, and Zuzana was meticulous about handwashing and PPE. She explained all the aftercare, gave me enough ointment to last the healing process, and even sent me a voicenote afterwards with all the aftercare instructions in case I forgot. From beginning to end a completely professional and friendly service tailored exactly to my needs, thank you so much! I only wish I'd done it sooner, to be free of eyebrow pencils and feeling more confident from the moment I wake up is a revelation! Thanks again!

I can’t recommend Zuzanna at Apsara highly enough. I over plucked my brows as a teen - so had the Powder Brows treatment to fill and shape. From start to finish, Zuzanna was great. I felt really confident in the whole process and she reassured me throughout. I’m so happy with my brows now, the shape and colour mean they’re much fuller, but still look very natural. I think my eyebrows have been transformed, I just wish I’d done this years ago!

I completed two courses with Apsara Beauty and I cannot recommend enough. The day was really well structured and the lunch was lovely. I went for my first facial today and Zuzana was so friendly and very professional from start to finish. She consulted my skin and made sure I had the correct facial. She talked me through all the steps and made sure I was relaxed. It was such a therapeutic relaxing atmosphere and would highly recommend. I left with my skin glowing and I’m really happy with the results! She also gave me some brilliant advice on how to look after my skin outside of the facials. I will definitely be returning for a monthly facial. Very happy!

Zuzana is a complete perfectionist! I have been going to her for exactly a year now as she kindly got me booked in when the girl I used to go to had to cancel and it was my birthday week……..I will never go anywhere else! Highly recommend!! Was so nervous about having my eyebrows done but made me feel completely at ease it didn’t hurt a bit and the results are amazing, the aftercare advice and product meant I didn’t have the awful scabbing so many people have and a week later my eyebrows look perfect :)
