Please be careful when getting a free quote they give you a paper to sign as there domestic violence going on in the background we thought it was a quote and now they served us for $15000 and for what i told him I should read the form 1st but he said it would be alright I did get the other 2 quote sold my house from a different real estate and now he has done this

I have requested several times not to be continually contacted by text and phone calls from this company. Now again today I get an unsolicited text from Julia Cao requesting me to ring in my spare time. I am busy working and I get annoying texts and phone calls from this company who sneakily just say your local real estate. If I want to sell my home or use your services I'm sure I'm quite capable of calling you or visiting your office to request your services. I don't need info on your recent sales when I'm not interested in selling my home. I'm sure it is illegal to constantly annoy people on their phones without their request. My husband and friends are all getting the same annoying contact. It is unwelcome and not getting you a good reputation and will be reported to the appropriate authorities if it dosnt stop, especially when I have requested non contact and that request is being ignored.

Umer Chaudhry called me left no message, i called back multiple times only to find that he had rejected my calls he eventually did call back only to ask me if I'd like to sell my property. I asked him how he got my contract and he said your name is attached to this property. Further more i was only a tenant at this property and have moved out over 5 years ago. Very unprofessional and came across rude. If an agent can't differ who actually owes the property and who's a tenant what does that actually say about his professionalism as a sales real estate agent.
