Truman missed spots in 13 places. Even missed a highly visible patch because at a double door between rooms they didn't even open one of the doors to finish. Very poor job. Called them immediately and they said they would be back on Monday to finish. They did not come back. Did not return calls. Then threatened to file a mechanics lien. Just another hustle.

I found Courtney with Truman on Instagram, and my husband actually came across his videos on YouTube. I was told by several reputable flooring companies that I needed to have my flooring replaced. They were starting to look quite bad but the problem was that they were hand scraped engineered flooring which means they can’t be sanded (not even a little bit). Courtney did an outstanding job removing wax from my pre-finished hardwood floors. When I purchased my home 22 years ago, I had asked a co-worker what he used on his wood floors and he recommended Quick Shine. Not knowing any better, I applied it to my pre-finished wood floors in my foyer. My floors were immediately ruined. You never apply way to a wood floor that has a factory finished shine. The finish was now dull and every time you rolled the vacuum or a suitcase it left track marks and made the floors look awful. I tried everything I could buy to try and fix my mistake, but nothing worked. So we lived with these marked up floors for years. A few years back, I found Courtney’s Facebook page and watched many of his videos. I was amazed and knew at some point I was going to have him come out. We are getting ready to put our house on the market and I knew it was time. I scheduled a paid consultation with Courtney on a Thursday and he identified the problem and was back on Saturday to take care of my floors and also polished my granite countertops since my foyer was just a small job. The floors looked amazing and all of the marks are gone. The factory pre-finished shine was restored. I should have called him years ago.
