Courtney did an exceptional job! The floors are gorgeous! My mom can’t stop smiling at how beautiful they look. She’s invited neighbors, family, and friends over to see them in person. Gorgeous!

Truman missed spots in 13 places. Even missed a highly visible patch because at a double door between rooms they didn't even open one of the doors to finish. Very poor job. Called them immediately and they said they would be back on Monday to finish. They did not come back. Did not return calls. Then threatened to file a mechanics lien. Just another hustle.

Honestly I’m speechless! Courtney and his team were amazing. From the first phone call to the final text messages in the very end, everything was quick, efficient and completed beyond expectations.I hired Truman Services to come to my clients house to screen & finish some damaged flooring from a new install. My crew accidentally used the wrong cleaner and left blemishes all over the new flooring.Courtney and his team came by, identified the issue and quickly resolved it with no issues. The process was clean, efficient and well thought out. He saved my company nearly $20,000 by refinishing the top coat instead of replacing all the new flooring.Another thing is, Truman services was the ONLY company that was knowledgeable enough to take on this project. I had 3-4 other major flooring companies take a look at the flooring and say that it all had to replaced. “Impossible to refinish engineered hardwood”I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Truman Hardwood!

Truman Hardwood Floor Cleaning and Refinishing made our engineered floor look like new. Courtney covered up all the scratches from our dogs. Well worth the cost which saved us $30k from having to put in a new floor. We will hire Courtney and team again.

Courtney along with his team did an amazing job on our engineered hardwood floors. He knew exactly what our floors needed which is a testament to his experience. I was close to giving up hope for my floors and started to consider replacement or different flooring altogether. But Courtney's floor refinishing changed all of that. We absouletly love our floors now. They look like new, and I'm determined to keep them. Great job Courtney!

I highly recommend Truman Hardwood Floor Refinishing & Cleaning Service. My hardwood floor installer left behind a significant amount of glue residue, leaving the floors in need of professional restoration. Fortunately, Courtney was able to restore them and immediately impressed me with his professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail.During the initial visit, my air conditioning unexpectedly stopped working, which caused the finish to bubble. Rather than treating the job as complete, Courtney went above and beyond by returning to redo the floors. He carefully restored the finish and applied a gloss coat that gave the floors the shine and beautiful finished look I wanted. His commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction was truly exceptional. The floors look amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the final result. It's rare to find someone who stands behind their work the way Courtney does. If you're looking for a company that delivers outstanding craftsmanship and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Truman Hardwood Floor Refinishing & Cleaning Service.

I found Courtney with Truman on Instagram, and my husband actually came across his videos on YouTube. We were in the process of closing on a house that we really loved, but during the walkthrough we noticed the engineered wood floors looked absolutely terrible. There were scratches, scuff marks, and damage everywhere, and we honestly did not know if they could be saved. We received a quote for around $32,000 to replace the floors, and at that point we seriously started questioning whether we even wanted to move forward with the house. We loved the home, but we did not want to spend that kind of money replacing floors right after purchasing it.Thankfully, we found Courtney and started watching videos of his screen and recoat process. What really gave us confidence was that we did not just see him do it once. We watched numerous videos where he restored engineered floors that looked very similar to ours.I sent Courtney pictures, videos, and the measurements of the floors. He gave me a flat quote without making the process complicated. The entire job took around five hours, and I honestly cannot believe how great these floors look now. The results exceeded our expectations.Courtney literally helped save the floors in a home that we almost walked away from because of them. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with. It is amazing watching someone take floors that look like they are beyond repair and bring them back to life.I already have family members and friends asking me for his number after seeing the floors, and I will definitely continue referring him to others.Courtney, thank you so much for saving our floors and helping make our new home feel like home. We could not be happier with the results!

Courtney was just what we needed in service and results. Not sure he is more costly but even if he is he is worth it. With Truman you get a real American who truly understands what good business is about. Transparency is definitely part of his business model. Something seriously lacking in many companies these days. And oh by the way he is a kind person.Did a very good job and didn't try to sell a more expensive service that could clearly have if he wasn't the kind of business owner that actually sees what do good does for growing his business to the future. Thanks again Courtney. You will be our recommendation to others. You are truly blessed.

Courtney and his team did a fabulous job on our hardwood floors. He is very experienced with floors and knew exactly what my floors needed. I had been told by other companies they needed sanding but Courtney cleaned and buffed and they truly look like new floors. Courtney was a gem to work with! Thank you Courtney, im so grateful for your work!

I was told by several reputable flooring companies that I needed to have my flooring replaced. They were starting to look quite bad but the problem was that they were hand scraped engineered flooring which means they can’t be sanded (not even a little bit). I was about to rip out my floors when I came across some of Truman’s videos. Courtney and his team did an amazing job on my floors and we were able to get back on the floor that very same day! I saved thousands and l’m extremely grateful for Courtney’s work!

The crew was professional, explained the whole process, did a great job with cleanup and were very responsive to questions along the way.I would strongly recommend Truman Hardwood Floor Refinishing.

Outstanding all around. I have been in my home for 15 years with multiple cats. The floors were dirty, dull and there were areas that were just bad. Courtney came and said he could make them like new and he wasn’t joking. The whole thing took one day, with Courtney’s team handling furniture, the clean and seal and everything else. This team truly loves what they do. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!! I truly cannot say enough nice things about Courtney and his team! We recently bought a house in Atlanta that was built in the early 1900’s. The floors were showing some signs of wear in certain areas and I wanted to make sure they were protected from future damage. Courtney was super communicative and was able to provide a quote very quickly. His costs were very reasonable and the outcome was beyond my expectations! He was able to fill a small chip in a board and color corrected the worn areas to match the rest of the flooring. I’m so in love with the updated floors-they look rejuvenated while still maintaining the character! Highly recommend!!

Courtney and his crew did an amazing job refurbishing my floors. The process was efficient and convenient. I returned home a few hours later and was able to resume my normal routine. Our high traffic kitchen had a number of worn and discolored areas. Courtney completely transformed the floor to its original luster. We are very pleased with the outcome and overall results.

He did an amazing job restoring my damaged kitchen hardwood floor! I had him refinish the entire first floor as well and it looks brand new. He is also easy to work with and even connected me with movers, making the entire process hustle-free. I highly recommend using Truman for your refinishing needs.

Courtney did an outstanding job removing wax from my pre-finished hardwood floors. When I purchased my home 22 years ago, I had asked a co-worker what he used on his wood floors and he recommended Quick Shine. Not knowing any better, I applied it to my pre-finished wood floors in my foyer. My floors were immediately ruined. You never apply way to a wood floor that has a factory finished shine. The finish was now dull and every time you rolled the vacuum or a suitcase it left track marks and made the floors look awful. I tried everything I could buy to try and fix my mistake, but nothing worked. So we lived with these marked up floors for years. A few years back, I found Courtney’s Facebook page and watched many of his videos. I was amazed and knew at some point I was going to have him come out. We are getting ready to put our house on the market and I knew it was time. I scheduled a paid consultation with Courtney on a Thursday and he identified the problem and was back on Saturday to take care of my floors and also polished my granite countertops since my foyer was just a small job. The floors looked amazing and all of the marks are gone. The factory pre-finished shine was restored. I should have called him years ago. I highly recommend giving Trueman Hardwood Floor Refinishing a call before considering replacing or sanding and refinishing. He can save you time and money.
