My wife and I worked with Joe to purchase a home in Albany, and we cannot begin to express how grateful we are for everything they did from start to finish. We were relocating from Texas, so the process started with calling them out of the blue, saying that we would be in town for two days in a week, and asking if they’d show us around. Then, when we discovered that the houses we’d asked him to show him weren’t what we actually wanted, it was “we are here for 1 day, let’s put together a new list”. Then, having found the exact house we wanted, it was “let’s put in an offer, by the way we leave in 12 hours.”After that, the process just got more complicated, but at every step of the way Joe and Jaime were absolutely determined to make sure things were right. Both of them pushed through a ridiculous number of hurdles, and I will wholeheartedly say that without them, our house would have fallen through. I can’t remember how many times we called them for updates, and I’m sure the time difference wasn’t helping their peace of mind!I can’t recommend Joe and Freedom Real Estate Group enough.

10/10! We moved from WI to OR and had no idea where or what we were doing. This team made the process so easy! We got our dream house! Their communication was wonderful and spot on! They were great with their text messages, calling and emailing which was great because of our busy schedule. So easy to get a hold of to talk. They made us feel like we were their only clients!
