I am very disappointed with my deep cleaning facial, I booked 2 appointments one for myself and one for my husband. His went well, although he felt it was rushed. I have done facials before and this one felt a little off, it seemed like the lady providing the service was unfamiliar with the tools and space. Although I wasn’t able to see her because I was laying down, eyes closed, it appeared like the entire time she was struggling to keep her gloves on, I could hear her constantly adjusting them. However, she was kind. I did tell her that as soon as she put the enzyme mask it burned on my nose area but it was manageable. As the day progressed I noticed my right outer nostril was very irritated and somewhat painful. On Sunday morning I realized that it wasn’t just irritation I have a huge scar/cut on the skin from the extraction on my nose. I know I had some build up but it didn’t require that much pressure with the pore spatula to the point it injured the skin. Perhaps the lady providing the service was not well trained. I reached out via WhatsApp yesterday and I never heard back. I have a pretty substantial amount of scarring that will take weeks to heal. It’s disappointing to not get a response on how or what I can do at home to treat this mistake. I tried emailing the place but the email bounced back. I only booked here because of the great reviews, my experience was far from that of others. Less

I reached out to them on WhatsApp and they helped me book the appointment. The staff speaks English & Spanish and it was truly a great experience. The masseuses/estheticians are also very accommodating. If you let them know of a sensitive area or an area you do not want massaged at all, they listen and massage only where you are comfortable. For the 2 of us to get full body massages, hydrating facials, including tip was only 3200mxn (~$189 usd) total, NOT PER PERSON. This was their Valentine's Day/Besties promo and it was super worth it! I'm from SD/LA and for 2 people to get full body massages + facials for under $200usd...it just doesn't exist in SD/LA. Less
