Scammers They overcharged us. Decent service also. Would not recommend or return back. They didn’t want to give a receipt at first either, when I tried paying in cash they said they don’t have receipts for cash payments and I looked at them and then they wrote a receipt on paper. Make sure you check the prices online before they try scamming. Screenshot of price online and a picture of the receipt of what they actually charged.Response to the merchant.We didn’t arrive 1 hour late, we were 30 minutes late , so that’s another lie ,and we were only late because we got sent to the second revision crossing and I also have text to prove the time I showed up. The 500 peso discount was only because you guys wanted us to pay in cash and if we didn’t it would be a 500 peso card fee which was also a scam. And in store you guys mentioned you can only do the the Hollywood peel and no hydra facial because there was no more time from being late so Steph agreed to only getting the Hollywood peel and not one mention she would have to come back later on a different date. And you guys didn’t write anything on the receipt about a promotion for another procedure or a slip for the extra procedure only word of mouth at that point. I would like a refund, we don’t trust you anymore and wouldn’t trust you with any other procedure. We would only remove the review if we get part of our money back.

Visited My Sanctuary a few days ago and had a great experience. After looking at their services online, I decided to do the Ritual of Renewal: Facial + Massage package. It was so easy to book online. I was nervous about getting a massage since I've previously only had bad experiences with massages, but thankfully this wasn't the case. The spa is very clean and comfortable. I liked that they have private rooms with doors. The massage itself was fantastic and very relaxing. The facial afterwards was also great. The esthetician I had was very kind and professional. I will say it was probably the most aggressive facial I have received, especially when it came to cleaning out my pores. HOWEVER, my face was so fresh, clean, and glowing so it was worth it. My pores have never been cleaner! The cost was very reasonable. If you'd like to leave a tip, make sure to bring cash as they cannot add it on if you're paying with card. I would love to come back here for another session soon.

I come here to do my laser hair removal and get a massage. The lady who does my laser and the massage is honestly amazing. The service is amazing . The lady explained to me how everything would work and how many times i have to come back. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is amazing, it has it all. Since the moment you arrived, they have valet parking for you, really close to the border crossing and the staff and the building is great! You can do it all in here, my husband and I keep coming! ♥️

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este spa. Fui a realizarme una limpieza profunda facial y desde el primer momento me hicieron sentir muy cómodo. El lugar es impecable, tranquilo y con un ambiente muy relajante.La persona que me atendió fue muy profesional, me explicó cada paso del procedimiento y estuvo pendiente de que me sintiera bien durante toda la sesión. I should’ve know booking here was a bad thing. First of all no one answers the phone, I had to call like 10 times! When booking I told the especially “ I want the treatment where the plasma gets injected in the face” I’m new into this, I do t l ow names, but they didn’t explain anything. Call cut, and didn’t bother to return the call. When arriving I told the reception what was I there for, she mentioned some other name and still didn’t explain. The person who explained to me was the one who actually was doing the treatment to me, she was really nice. But I was getting something that I didn’t ask and I drove 4 hours! Also, 7 times the nurse tried to gather blood, she was nice too, but I don’t think she has the experience to be doing that. Finally, my husband heard the 2 receptionist were over charging a client $300 pesos. Owners please give receipts! And look into your business because workers like the receptionist take advantage of people that are going from the US.

Really love this place for my facials!! Prices are super fair, the space is very nice, and i always leave with glowing beautiful skin. I personally love Alondra for my facials but I’m sure entire staff is great.

My experience in My Santuary was great ! All the people are so attentive and friendly. I had the special facial with exosomas and perm salmon . Aurora was the girl that did the services and she as great!!! Overall my experience in My santuary was excellent!
