Absolutely brilliant service from Gorilla Heat! They came out to fix a leak for me the day before a bank holiday weekend. They were quick to respond, professional, friendly and got the leak sorted efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The plumbers arrived to find me drenched and in complete panic after the stop cock under the kitchen sink suddenly started gushing water, creating a much bigger problem than expected!They calmly and professionally set about sorting everything out, replacing the stop cock and then tackling the original leak in the laundry room, which turned out to be more complicated than first thought.They were not only highly professional and clearly knew exactly what they were doing, but were also incredibly kind, patient and reassuring with me throughout. They couldn’t have been nicer at what was a very stressful moment.I’m so grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Excellent service — thank you!

Been using Aiden for a while now and never fails to complete a job . Quotes are fair priced and will not leave a job unfinished. He's punctual , explains what needs doing and cleans up after every job.His team came out to finish our kitchen today and cannot fault how friendly and efficient they all are.
