PetBizCRM is what our industry has been needing for decades! Finally, a client management solution that is all in ONE place. My mind is blown at everything this software is capable of. I'm especially excited for the text capabilities for marketing and automatically responding to potential leads right away. I currently have a variety of automations and while they do work, they are made up of 8-10 different programs and there are additional manual steps involved that I don't always keep up with. This CRM does it ALL and makes our small business look so professional. Highly recommend.

I am so excited that I got to be a part of the beta program. At the start of the program I was solo and running 2 pet sitting businesses, so not a lot of extra time to handle leads, client communication, or all the things! I absolutely love that PetBizCRM is an all in one software not only saving me time but also money! I even learned that I had some key elements missing from my website and contact forms (ie: privacy policy and terms & conditions (permission to contact leads back who fill out my contact form). PetBizCRM was created by someone in the industry so a lot of thought went into the software and what we as pet business owners really need from a CRM. I won't lie, I am not completely set up yet, but from what I have done so far and seen the potential of the PetBizCRM, I am very excited to dive deeper and get workflows set up and running. I really love this system. I don't use ALL of the features personally but the ability to manage messages across all of the different platforms we use to communicate with clients has been a game changer. The app is allowing me to not be connected 24/7 and even hand the phone off to somebody else to communicate with new leads without having to also give them access to every account. ❤️10 out of 10!
