Amy helped us both sell our house and buy a new one. Her knowledge of the real estate market is incredible. Our dream home came on the market and she had us in the house for a showing the next morning. The house was highly competitive with 22 offers in 2 days, but with her knowledge and experience she was able to help us get our offer accepted! Unlike other realtors we have worked with, Amy responds quickly and in no way makes you feel like you are burdening her. During our buying/selling process I called and texted many times with questions and she was always more than happy to help. If for whatever reason she wasn’t available, her assistant Aniello reached out to us and he is also incredible to work with. She also recommended a mortgage lender to us, and working with them both together made the process significantly less stressful. I cannot recommend Amy enough, and thanks to her our family now has our dream home to spend our future in!

Amy help me and my siblings with the sale of our father's house after his passing. I feel that Amy was very helpful with the entire process. She was on point with what we could and should expect, while still getting it done. Amy responded to all communication in a prompt and respectful manner. Amy Izzo was stellar from the first day to the last. This was my first time selling/buying a house and Amy was nothing short of amazing and informative through this whole process. Amy referred me to a finance team that was able to work with me and who were just as good!! Amy was readily available for my million questions and never made me feel like a bother. Amy was terrific. This is the second house she’s helped me with and I will be calling her for my next one as well. Very experienced and knowledgable. If any hiccups come up during the process she either has the answer right away or gets back to you with the info very quickly. She also has a good network of contacts of various experts/contractors relating to home repairs if the need for a second opinion on issues arises.
