I cannot say enough good things about Amy & her staff. I am a first-time homebuyer, so I had a ton of questions/concerns, and so did my family. Amy was super responsive and answered any questions we had, even the silly ones. We looked at a lot of homes and she was always super honest with me about them. I eventually got an amazing deal on a property that I really like and am excited to own. I only had to put down $2000, which is less than I paid to move into my apartment previously. And my housing payment is over $200 less than my monthly rent was. The lenders she worked with were amazing and worked with me and my finances and helped me get approved for grants.
