Stretchplex has been a godsend! I’m always on my feet as a nurse and get aches and pains. But when I leave Stretchplex, they all go away!! I can’t recommend their assisted stretching enough!

Great people and it works! Ana is my personal trainer and in 2 months she has made a huge difference in my strength and mobility. We follow the workout with a 25 minute stretch which is great.
