To start, I was having pain in my left lower back whenever I woke up, and my shoulders hurt whenever I raised my arms overhead and lowered them. Also I couldn’t squat without pain in my knees I booked an introductory appointment at the Greenville location because the price was very reasonable, and my stretch therapist was Ana.Ana is exceptionally kind, takes the time to listen to your concerns, and focuses on the areas you mention while also working on the rest of your body. The entire experience was comfortable and relaxing. This is not chiropractic treatment—it's assisted stretching, just as the company's name suggests.I've been a firefighter for many years, so my body has taken a lot of wear and tear. I'm happy to say that after my session, the pain in my back and shoulders was completely gone. In fact, I don't have any pain at all, and I'll definitely be going back.Thank you, Ana!
