We were disappointed with our experience. Based on the reviews, we expected a much more thorough investigation. Instead, most of the information we received was very basic and seemed like something we could have found ourselves with a little time and effort.The photos and information provided were minimal, and there were no meaningful follow-ups or additional investigative efforts. We also never received any real closure or final summary when the service was completed.Our experience may not be representative of everyone else's, and we're not saying this is always how they operate. However, for the amount we paid, we did not feel the value matched the cost. In our opinion, it would have been more cost-effective to conduct the research ourselves.We chose this company because of its positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations.
