Great experience at the sales office in Stratford. We are in the early stages of buying and have never bought new construction before. Amanda has been really helpful guiding us through the process. She is knowledgable and personable.

Very good builder, you can customize your own style, but only it is too expensive. My closing date is 2024, I will review it again, but the customer service Lina she wonderful and has great service. If you compare many different builders, I think Grandview Home is very good, I went to see some finished houses, are very professional finished and clean jobs. I hope inchallah on 2024. During my closing, i will review the final review sooner. I recommend this builder, and good luck,Here’s a polished version of your message with a friendly and professional tone — great for a review or message to the team:5 Stars!A big thank you to the owner, Mr. Garo, for personally contacting me to resolve a small issue. We had a very good experience with Grandview Homes, specifically with both Lina and Stephanie!Lina was very helpful throughout the entire process of securing our home, and would always answer all our questions! Furthermore, during our meeting in person, we appreciated all the kindness you showed us and your patience with us too!Stephanie was such an amazing consultant for our selection appointment. Throughout the appointment, Stephanie was very pleasant, honest and kind to deal with. She also gave us a lot of help when we asked for her opinions, whenever we got confused or indecisive. She made sure we were comfortable throughout the day and showed us great hospitality. Furthermore, It was a long day with lots of important decisions to make, and we ended up staying almost 2 hours past our appointment end time, because we were still in the process of making some final decisions. We really appreciated that Stephanie allowed us to stay longer and she did not make us feel rushed at all, but was rather completely patient with us throughout the day! Thank you Stephanie for all your professionalism, we had such a pleasant experience with you!Thank you guys for all the help! We cannot wait to move into our new home soon!

I have been living this house for 4 years. I should write down the review after a year of moving in. Sorry for the delay. The sales Lina is very friendly and nice, designer Val is very professional and kindly, customer service Heather responds to every email, engineer (sorry, I don't know his name) and Dave(the man fixes the general issue) came to my house and check what I reported very carefully and responsibly took actions to fix it. Even for some issues I didn't notice, after they heard from others, they asked my approve to check the same area of my home. I really appreciate the extra care. It's a local builder in Kitchener, they care about their business, their customers. They are a nice good "neighbor"

We recently purchased my new home from Grandview, currently build in progress. Lina was very helpful during the purchase period and Stephanie was also amazing, at the decor center. The customer service and quick response from the team is miles ahead of other builders. Grandview is very understanding when it comes to making changes to your plan. Now i'm comparing this to some of the other builders i dealt with in the past and they are very to the point and not willing to make changes for you. We are very thankful to Colie, construction manager. He made some great suggestions when we were customizing our home. Overall, it was great experience buying with Grandview. When you go for colour selection, some of the basics are not included which other builders do like decora switches, door handles etc but other than that everything went well.

I purchase a home in 2019, and the process to secure the lot & get my home completed/design to how I want it was smooth. I'm very satisfied with their staff, in particular, Lina. I'm a first time home buyer and they coached me through this process. My house closed in October & I am very happy with the results.Thank you Grandview. Ya'll Rock!

It is a rare business experience when I can say at the conclusion that it was way BETTER than I could have asked or imagined. But that is how the deal with Grandview Homes went when they purchased my 85 yr-old Father-in-Law's home near Chicago. For many reasons, health included, it was imperative we move my wife's dad. After connecting with a number of potential companies that propose to buy homes "AS IS", we settled on Grandview, based primarily on reputation and advertising. From the start they exceeded expectations: they showed up on time, efficiently evaluated the property, then gave us a more-than-fair offer. Their estimator, Jay, was extremely thoughtful and professional. It felt safe to let him in the house! Once we accepted Grandview's offer they kept right on shining throughout the transaction. With the expert and tenacious efforts of Ashlee and Deb S., we had to deal with a difficult building department, multiple inspections, and a Transfer Stamp approval process that was more difficult than any I have experienced in 35+ years of practicing law. Grandview did everything and more to make our deal close. In my opinion they are the BEST!!! I give Grandview my highest praise and recommend them without reservation! Bob B. from Ohio

Well built custom homes

2019-05-23T00:20:46.470Z

We have been working with the crew at Grandview to build our home since December of 2018 and I can’t say enough good things. The whole experience so far has been great from the initial purchase with Lina to picking our upgrades and colours with Val. They have started to build our house and our daily drive bys have shown us that quality is what they deliver, from our home to others being built in the area it shows they truly care. Can’t wait to see the final product.
