I booked an auto detailing and glass cleaning service expecting a professional job, but the overall experience was disappointing. The communication was slow from the beginning, and my appointment was delayed twice without clear updates. For the price I paid, I expected a far more polished result. Customer service also didn’t seem too interested when I raised my concerns, which made the whole situation even more frustrating.
